Munch(ing) : [1] to chew food audibly or with steady working of the jaw. [2] to eat food with pleasure. This is the true definition of munching, and i feel it is true, but in the dictionary they don’t say how pleasurable munching can be. Munching is for when your hungry but to lazy to make something, therefore munching is required to hold you off till [A] you get the energy to make a more filling food, [B] until someone else makes food (more munching may be required). Munching is a good thing, it’s a energy boost, if you enjoy ever bit of it, it become more delicious. Also variety is a plus, having a small amount of all 'munching foods'. Some examples of Munching foods are:
- Chips (Layes, Ruffles, Old Dutch, Miss Vickies, Kettle, Doritos, Pringles or Bugles)
- Cookies (viva puff, Oreo, Fugee-O, Maple Cookies, Chocolate chunk, or Peanut butter)
- Breakfast Bars (Quaker yogurt, Quaker Chewy, Pop Tarts, or Oatmeal to Go)
- Candies (Skittles, Smarties, Reese Pieces, War Heads, Fun Dips, or Gummie Bears)
- Fozen Treats (Haaggen-Dazs, Breyers, Chapmans, Ben/Jerrys, Frosty Paws or Nestle)
There are also appropriate times to munch, but everyday its changes, depending on your eating and sleeping and chilling plans. Your suppose to eat every two hours, having a meals every four, so therefore, you can eat a snack, two hours after every meal. Including after supper. Also there is such a thing as a mid-night snack, as long as your not burning out, and feel you wanna pass out soon, then a snack is called for if your hungry. but if you feeling tired you shouldn’t be eating again, because your not suppose to have food, two hours before you go to sleep. Most people don’t munch through out there day if there getting at least two meals a day unless there is a special activity that makes them want some munch's. Some of these things would be:
- Being outside
- playing sports
- walking
- and other activities not meant for school readers :D
Therefore, on that note, munching is a good thing, don’t be afraid to munching, satisfy your inner-self :)
